Who We Are

Twists & Whisks started with two hearts, one kitchen table, and a whole lot of creativity.

We’re a mother-daughter duo who turned our shared love for baking and crafting into something more — a small business built on joy, tradition, and imagination. Whether we’re kneading dough or stitching yarn, everything we make is done with love, laughter, and a passion for creating things that bring people together.

But this journey is more than just cookies and crochet. After a career in Human Resources, “The Whisk” made the big decision to step away from the 9-to-5 grind. She wanted more freedom—to spend time with family, to create with purpose, and to build something meaningful with her own two hands (and sometimes a stand mixer!). Starting Twists & Whisks gave her the chance to do just that.

And then there’s “The Twist”. She’s a teenager with a creative spark and a heart full of ambition. She’s learning the ins and outs of running a small business, all while developing her skills, confidence, and independence. For her, this is more than just a hobby. It’s a hands-on way to understand what it means to work for yourself, follow your passions, and dream big.

Every treat we bake and every stitch we crochet is part of our story—and now it’s part of yours, too.
